NANO-DISPERSED PIGMENT PASTE FOR INK JET INKS

Nowadays, pigment based inkjet inks are becoming more and more popular due to its good lightfastness and jettability.

JETCOLOUR nano-dispersed pimgnet paste can be used in production of both water based and slolvent based inkjet inks as well as UV curing inkjet inks. Inkjet inks made of nano dispersed pigment paste can be used for desktop,wide format, photoimaging and UV curing digital inkjet printing.

There are three types of nano-dispersed pigment pastes. JCW is designed for use in water based inkjet inks with good lightfastness and jettability. JCS is designed for solvent based inkjet inks with good lightfastness,weather resistance and good jettability. JCU is designed for UV curing inkjet inks with fast drying and excellent imaging quality.

NANO-DISPERSED PIGMENT PASTE FOR PRINTING INKS

In traditional printing inks, adding 3-5% of the nano-dispersed pigments can modify and improve the tinting strength, colour saturation and gloss. JETCOLOUR nano-dispersed pigment paste is the best solution for modification of printing inks. JETCOLOUR's JCP is recommended for use in printing ink modification with high solid content.

NANO-DISPERSED PIGMENTS FOR PAINTS & COATINGS

Nano grade pigments can also be used in car coatings,woodl lacquers,synthetic leather as well as colour cosmetics. Products with nano-dispersed pigments have better gloss, colour saturation and higher tinting strength. JETCOLOUR's JCP is also recommended for used in improving paints and coatings.

NANO-DISPERSED PIGMENTS FOR OTHER APPLICATIONS

Nano-dispersed pigments can be applied in colourizing LCD filters,synthetic fibres,optical cables,plastic films,colour cosmetics and textile jet printing. The use of nano-dispersed pigments in LCD filter has become more and more popular to achieve better saturation and penetration.JETCOLOUR' JCP is recommended for use in universal applications.

Besides, jet printing on textile is a new technology to replace the traditional textile printing. JETCOLOUR's nano-dispersed pigments may also be used in textile jet printing.
