Water Based & Light Solvent Sublimation Inks

Jetcolour's sublimation inks, also known as heat transfering inkjet inks, are specially developed for digital textile printing and digital photo imaging applications. The sublimation inkjet inks have wider color gamut, vivid colors and superior jet ability. Sublimation inkjet inks are suitable for digital printing on sublimation papers or inkjet papers for transferring onto polyester fibers or cotton polyester mixing fibers (30% min polyester) with sublimation temperature at 180-230 C°and time between 30-60 sec, and they can also be printed directly onto pre-treated fabrics.

1.Water Based Sublimation Inks

Jetcolour's water based sublimation inkjet inks are produced with nano dispersed colorants and scientific formulations to be compatible with both piezoelectrical and thermal inkjet printers. The dye sublimation inks have wider gamut, vivid colors and excellent jetability that can be used in large format printers or plotters such as Mimaki JV4, JV22, Roland FJ740, Mutoh RJ8000, Epson 4800/7800/9800, etc.

2.Light Solvent Sublimation Inks

Jetcolour's newly developed light solvent sublimaiton inks are compatible with both Epson desktop printers and large format printers as well as grand format printers installed with prinhteads DX4/5, XAAR, KM512,Spectra,etc.

The innovative light solvent sublimation ink is produced with non VOC solvent and can be used in the countries that water based sublimation ink has the patent protection.The light solvent sublimation ink is a breakthrough for removing patent barrier in USA and Europe.

Besides, it can also be used in small format printers as well as wide format printers. In other words, it can be used in personal small format printers and industrial grand format printers if the formulation is adjusted.
